In my current role the responsibilities are many and varied. As an Educational Develop I am involved in the design, development, implementation and co-facilitation of teaching programs for academic staff. In my role I also liaise with faculty staff to support initiatives around the development of teaching practice including the design and delivery of workshops, seminars and support for staff in applying for awards and grants. With the growth in demand for and use of educational technologies I also provide advice, support and training in the use of Moodle and other associated technologies. My colleagues and I also coordinate institution wide events to support academic staff in showcasing and sharing their teaching practice.
