Assistant Program Manager

Works closely with the agency lead to educate staff about the existence and utility of the program, resolve issues, and establish program policies. • Works with/provides backups for all aspects of the recruitment process and can work with enrollees as necessary during recruitment and onboarding. Assists in tracking workflows to ensure all agreements are processed and filled efficiently. • Ensures that all program materials, e.g. handbook, standard operating procedures, resource and orientation materials, forms, web pages, and other program communications are up-to-date. • Conducts orientation for enrollees and Monitors as necessary. • Distributes work to recruiters and provides supervision in the absence of the PM. • Develops training opportunities to educate program stakeholders on all material. Assists in the coordination of program activities with field, account, and payroll departments. • Conducts outreach visits to program offices. Maintains all electronic and physical files (e.g. ensures all files are up-to-date, all agreements and amendments are scanned and filed.)

Processes personnel actions, annual Enrollee renewals, and required telecommuting paperwork.
