Responsible for benefits administration, associate relations assistance, personnel file management, new hire orientation, payroll administration

Manage hotel in absence of GM. Responsible for day to day management of front desk and restaurant staff and all on-property HR and Accounting administrative duties (including payroll, AR & AP). Also assist in managing housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed. Attend sales calls with Sales Managers to help answer operations questions to help "make the sale". Assist GM in budget planning, forecasting, rate setting, monitoring labor productivity and creating action plans to meet guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and financial goals set at the Corporate level.
