It is my goal to provide the highest level of nursing care to patients, staff, and employees, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support best practice guidelines to benefit both the organization and stakeholders alike. I decided to go back to school to obtain my MSN in Leadership and Management to elevate my personal growth as a nurse, develop the tools necessary to achieve an enhanced state of mindfulness, and to foster therapeutic relationships between myself, my colleagues, the patients, and the communities we serve.
