Greener Pastures Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, public charity. It was founded by my good friend Jacqueline Nguyen ("Jacqui") during her fight against Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Greener Pastures continues to focus on our goal of raising awareness and funds for cancer research and treatment, as well as providing support to those affected by cancer.

Responsible for managing the sourcing, development and production of all Import product for Mens and Womens divisions. Implemented development and sourcing process and calendar in order to achieve on time production, factory efficiency and improvement of IGP. Created quick turn sourcing and development model to support change in business needs and limit cost of investment for both Affliction and factories.

Responsible for managing the sourcing, development and production of fleece, knits and sweaters for Young Mens, Youth and Mens divisions. Work very closely with Merchandise and Design teams to “design into” price points, as well as technical understanding of product limitations.

Responsible for sourcing, production and development of Men’s, Boy’s and Girl’s Apparel and Accessories to assure optimal service to customer demand. Develop and maintain development and production calendars. Negotiate fabric prices, trim prices, garment cost (FOB/DDP) as well as lead times and minimums. Build strong vendor relations through daily communication and regular visits to factories. Manage a team of 11 people (including pattern tech, production managers and sample coordinators) to ensure smooth flow from initial development stages through bulk production delivered to warehouse.

Responsible for the development and production of Men’s and Girls Apparel including boardshorts, jackets, sweaters, fleece, denim, knits tops, dresses and skirts, and woven tops, dresses and skirts.
