Provided strategic planning and project management for a large healthcare payor. Served as Project Manager for Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA) regulatory filings project to ensure 200 filings were submitted on time. Led process improvement and identified and documented key regulatory milestones, and identified most common filing errors. Developed strategic roadmap and led project management activities to improve membership sales during Open Enrollment period. Conducted Marketing activities for membership outreach.

Developed IT Program Management Office infrastructure and processes for a large Merger and Acquisition effort; coordinated with multiple entities to develop project management artifacts, developed status reports for CIO. Provided Program Management expertise to a large IT Portfolio; developed framework for Program Managers to communicate IT business objectives and effectively manage scope. Led Communication efforts and delivered Effective Presentation training.

Developed and delivered a two-day training course to over 400 personnel. Utilized the combined approach of instructor-led training methodology and system based training to convey the new changes of a recently implemented system and contrast new process and policies to the existing environment. Developed the curriculum through meetings with subject matter experts and system engineers. Created and recorded end user simulations using Adobe Captivate to demonstrate new system functionality. Served as Communications Lead for a project of over 100 practitioners. Onboarded all new team members. Provided monthly resource reports to the Director. Attended weekly program meetings to understand staffing needs and provide status on open requisitions. Ensured all program training and compliance requirements were met.

Directly involved in all aspects of federal resource management; served as main POC for applicants, wrote vacancy announcements, evaluated qualifications of applicants, ensured that all federal guidelines were followed, onboarded new employees. Led the project to convert all personnel folders to electronic format.
