As a DCS for a Medicare/Medicaid Home Health Agency, I manage day to day clinical operations, including operation budget management, recruitment and training of medical staff. Evaluate the work activities of medical staff to maintain high level of standards in terms of service. Coordinate PAC, medical staff. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations (COPs), JC accreditation and licenser requirements. Monthly education classes based on evidence based practice for all clinical staff.
