Import: Implement global sourcing strategy and ensure alignment of all team members to deliver product against a clear time and action calendar. Domestic: Manage a team of 3 to ensure best quality for domestic produced goods from hand off to in warehouse delivery. Communicate styling details and negotiate best price with contractors to fully execute to design esthetic. Maintain organized records of fabrics and accessory libraries for future production.

Oversee and execute the entire season of denim/shorts, skirts, jackets, swim and outerwear from development to end production. Set target LDP and or FOB with factory on current developments and negotiate the best prices and finalized cost sheets to ensure profit margin. Collaborate with merchant and design team to obtain best product at best profit potential. Establish timeframe of manufacturing operations in order to meet production deliveries and or retail needs. Sourcing and coordination of vendors to ensure product quality. Develop new processes to better serve designers, buyers and customers in order to meet their needs. Partner with Logistics to move product on a timely basis.

Execute the entire season of Sportswear from development to end production. Negotiate price with factory and finalize cost sheet to ensure profit margin. Establish timeframe of manufacturing operations in order to meet production deliveries. Sourcing and coordination of vendors to ensure product quality. Obtain category and HT number from U.S Customs to guarantee bulk goods will clear.

Account: POLO Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, Liz Claiborne, and Arden B., Oversee production from development through final shipment. Manage the garment development process by working with pre-production for all styles on orders to meet buyer’s approval procedures. Create and maintain TNA and WIP, negotiate delivery with contractors, work with laundry, schedule cutting, work with sewing manager, quality control manager and purchasing manager, and maintain all paperwork and day to day correspondence with all partners and vendors. Work with buyer’s trim, production fabric, and communicate with technical designer and transportation department. Submit shipping documents to ensure payment in timely manner.

Oversee the entire team of production. Research and order fabric, lab dips, trim and any other production needs. Ensure all purchase orders are cut and in production in a timely manner. Communicate with customers regarding delivery date, private label, and any other purchase order details. Follow up with proto samples and potential purchase orders.
