Hello LinkedIn, My name is Kristian, I've spent the last 4 years building out DevOps and Cloud teams ranging from companies of all size, from large scale betting and gaming companies to one of the largest Retail companies going through the biggest transformation in Europe. I've been lucky enough to help over 70 people land their next adventure within Azure, AWS, GCP cloud roles ranging from DevOps Engineers , Cloud Architects, and Head of Engineering. Some of my highlights within Recruitment 📍Built out a team of Cloud architects in under 2 weeks for a AWS Partner 📍Secured the Lead Cloud Engineer for a large scale Airline 📍Built out a Team of SC Cleared DevOps Engineers for a UK based Software house 📍Placed the Lead DevSecOps Engineer and Principal Java Developer within a SaaS house in the Northeast I'm currently working as a Senior Consultant at G.Digital, We are the largest Tech recruitment company flying the flag for diverse hiring and helping women in tech has an equal footing, we also provide great insights to companies how to get where they need to be. In addition to G.Digital we have G&T (girls and tech!) which is our sister brand- the biggest community of women in tech in the North- go give us a follow. We've hosted 3000+ women at our famous events, we provide D&I training and help educate businesses about the benefits of progressive hiring. Through our networking event G&T (girls & tech!) we have access to the biggest Women in Tech community in the north with the aim to inspire the current and future girl techies. Outside of Recruitment a little bit about me.
