Teaching is my passion. Seeing others learn and develop reminds me that I am succeeding at what I love. There is no better feeling than watching someone progress overall as a person and knowing that you had a direct impact. I incorporate this attitude into my work ethic on a daily basis when serving as an interface between the college students and the various career paths throughout the community. Being involved in the progression of the College Student program is the most rewarding job. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task are vital to my role as College Student Program Coordinator. I currently work with potential new hires, network with local colleges and universities, and prepare for the onboarding of students at USLI. I strive to find those students that I believe will excel and thrive within our community as a whole. Our culture and values are reflected in all that we do. I take pride in knowing that the college students that we recruit and hire are on the path to success.
