I am proud to announce my merger with Coldwell Banker Sunstar, a member of The Schmidt Family of Companies. My responsibilities include hiring, training & retention of talented sales people. I am also the on-site broker-manager overseeing a team of 30 serving the Charlotte & Sarasota County real estate marketplaces.

I have been a Florida Realtor for 23 years and consider my greatest strength to be the ability to provide sound guidance and counsel to buyers and sellers of SW Florida real estate. I have worked in every segment of the market and at present spend the majority of my time representing banks in the disposition of the foreclosed assets. Over 80% of my business over the last 11 years has come directly from lenders although I sell many of those assets to my own buyer pool of repeat and referral clients. I was working from the time I was 14 in various positions. By the age of 18, I was in management and doing my school work inbetween. So the process for finishing my degree took some additional time but made me much more prepared for the business world.
