Overall responsibility for supplier quality management across three business units at nine European locations. Strategic development and standardization of all quality-related processes throughout the supply chain, including incoming goods, supplier qualification, and complaint management. Development of scalable, efficient organizational structures and establishment of a transparent, KPI-based system for managing supplier performance, supported by sustainable improvement programs. Technical and managerial leadership, development, and empowerment of an international team of 45 employees to consistently implement the quality strategy.

Head of Supplier Quality Beijing/China 2008 - 2014 Establishment and successful implementation of the supplier quality organization for six locations in China as part of an international greenfield project. Development and implementation of sustainable quality strategies, as well as the establishment of an efficient, locally rooted supplier network spanning various manufacturing technologies.
