Served as main technical contact. Maintained and updated medical claim databases and database design specifications of large employer clients. Worked with with health plans and data suppliers to create layout specifications for new data feeds for facility claims, professional claims, drug claims, and disability claims. Programmed ETL code used in the data conversion process from supplier specifications.

Served as the main analytic contact for various health plan accounts. Performed custom analyses for clients on healthcare claims data. Analyses included patient profiling, specialty profiling, gaps in recommended well care, and quality improvement using HEDIS specifications as benchmark.

Subject matter expert and methodologist for development of normative benchmarks and for application of benchmark adjustment methods. Adjustment methodology experience includes age-sex adjustment, risk adjustment, geographical price adjustment, and episode- and admission-severity adjustment.
