Kristen "Kay" Einhorn

As an experienced Recruiter, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across an organization. I leverage my skills in internal recruitment, full life cycle recruiting, and executive search to attract and retain top talent. I collaborate with executives, hiring managers, HR partners, and, when necessary, external agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and candidate experience. I have previous experience as a National Enterprise Staffing Manager and Business Development Manager, where I managed and developed relationships by building my book of business, generated new business opportunities, and oversaw the recruitment and placement of professionals in various sectors. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Appalachian State University (roll neers!), which helps me understand human behavior and helps me develop the discernment it takes to be not only a good recruiter, but a great one. I am passionate about helping people find their ideal fit and advancing their careers, while contributing to the success and growth of the organizations I work for.
