* Job description: * Project Monitoring Works, for Softscape Department (All Teams) * Collation of info from Team members & updates on Daily tasks (Schedule versus Actual Works) * Monitoring actual output for Softscape Department, as well as current project status * Encoding of Actual or Daily Timesheet Report for all Teams * Reports to PM&O on requirements of Team members/ production * Project Monitoring Works, for Gold Team * Collation of info from Team members & updates on Daily tasks (Schedule versus Actual Works) * Distribution of timesheet for Team members * Updates on tardiness & leaves * Attending video conference & webex * Preparation of minutes for video conference & webex meetings * Distribution and collation of Weekly Accomplishment Report for all Gold Team projects * Project Management & Operations Support/ Assistance * Preparation of Weekly Monitoring Report subjected for PM&O review prior to submission * Tardiness and Leaves Updates for VHS PM&O, HR reference * Other related tasks and functions required by Gold Team/ Softscape members and PM&O
