I was responsible in booking all incoming loads with a variety of truck companies. Checking to ensure all loads were coming in on time; this includes loads that the suppliers set up. All trucks that came into Entropex had to book dock appointments with me. I also processed paperwork that come into the logistic office to ensure all employees had the information they needed to do their jobs. I recorded load information into three different Goggle Drive Worksheets, emailed suppliers and truck companies on incoming loads, filed paperwork, and ensured Accounting had all information to bill/pay the proper customers/suppliers.

I was involved in monthly meetings where we discussed the school's upcoming events, changes to the building, and finances of the school and the SCC fundraising. My position as Secretary involves completion of the meeting's minutes and sending important emails out to all members. I also have been involved in the fundraising processes from deciding what the school will be fundraising, collection of money/deposits, and placing/receiving/distributing orders.

I voiced concerns and questions that dealt with the Business Administration - Human Resource program that I was enrolled in.
