Responsible for Banner performance including Profit & Loss, sales, merchandising and store operations in the Province of Ontario (both franchise and corporate locations).

Reporting to the V.P of Operations, acts as a business advisor to store managers and provides leadership and direction to store management in all areas of store operations while creating an environment that supports entrepreneurial activities to achieve superior shopping experiences and financial results.

Reporting to the V.P of Operations, responsible to provide leadership, consultative support and project management for key talent management initiatives such as; leadership assessment, succession planning and development planning

Reporting to the V.P of Operations, responsible to establish strong leadership within Pharmacist/Owners to deliver district results through consistent execution and a superior customer/patient experience.

Accountable for store sales an profitability through consistent execution of operating standards and local community promotion of the brand.

Reporting to the V.P of Operations, responsible to drive profitability improvement through regional store financial audits and P and L analysis, identifying areas for process improvement from cost containment to inventory process and results, in addition to training and development of Pharmacist/Owner's, Front Store Managers and Store Administrators.

As the Store Administrator was responsible for all accounting, financial analysis and human resource functions in-store. Pharmacy Technician accountibilities included dispensing of medication, third party on-line and manual billings and reconciliations, medication ordering, inclusive of perpetual inventory maintenance.
