Hi, I'm Kris. I recently turned 50. And I've never been more curious about life than I am right now. After 25 years in this industry, you'd think I'd be coasting. But something keeps asking: 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩? 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙧? That restlessness is what drives me. Somewhere along the way, I became more interested in the person sitting across from me than the plan in front of me. How they think. How they communicate. What holds them back without them even realising. That led me to Enneagram. Not as a personality test, but as a mirror. When you understand 𝙬𝙝𝙮 you do what you do, everything shifts. How you lead, how you listen, how you show up. Communication became the next thread I pulled. The words we choose, the tone we carry, the cues we send without realising — it all shapes how we connect. And connection is everything. I got a special tattoo to commemorate my 50th birthday.. I'd go about my day, meet clients, have conversations and completely forget it was there. Most of the time? They didn't notice either. It reminded me of something I keep returning to: 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧. The only one judging us... is usually us. I started a gratitude journal a few years back. Just a few lines each night. Nearly 5 years of daily meditation. I never set out to build streaks; I just kept showing up. Compounding works in habits the same way it works in money. You don't feel it daily. But one day you look back, and it's undeniable. I'm looking to connect with like-minded people. Those serious about growing — not just their career or portfolio, but themselves. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. I've learned that the teachers were always there — in every conversation, every setback, every unexpected moment of clarity.
