Helped clients like BNP Paribas Wealth Management and Aviva Insurance by: -Involving in helping stakeholders with their BPM (Business Process Management) needs using IBM FileNet -Process architecture design, strategic business process modeling and implementation, infrastructure integration, process development and client mentoring. -Gathered client data requirements. -Designed and developed current (“As-Is”) & target (“To-Be”) operating model. -Ensure that all application development performed well and in-line with the IT Governance & MAS requirements.

-Involved in reviewing RFP’s submitted by vendors. -Assisted and participated in all project phases (scoping, requirement, design, testing and data migration). -Prepared process flows in Visio to capture “As-Is” & “To-Be” processes. -Identified and optimally defined process flows and user interface, use cases and requirement, conducted DCO session. -Worked with other system Project Managers in managing dependencies and interfaces between projects. -Managed on-shore / off-shore vendor teams. -Ensure that all application development performed well and in-line with the IT Governance & MAS requirements.
