Preparation of Invoice, Debit notes, Credit note, Supplementary Bills, and Statement of Accounts. Assisting with Customers Bills & Invoice copies to J/V and maintaining copy of the Invoice folders (Number wise). Sending excess Remittance to owners. Documentation of cash-to-master for Crew salaries. Arranging M.I.S REPORT– Ship information and net income information monthly. Maintenance of F.I.R.C folder. Interaction with other branches to follow up for original bills. Interacting with staff. Answering to principle’s queries. Following up with Balance funds from foreign ship-owners. Documenting Service Tax (month-wise) and coordinating with Auditors.

 Preparing Invoices / Supplementary bills / Debit notes  Credit notes/Auditing Works. (Bulk Ship Accounts)  Preparing voyage list of vessels according to Import & Export.  Submission of reports related to Export freight.  Collection to the Principal for Vessel wise. (NET FREIGHT EARNINGS)  Analyzing the details of Cost Data for the estimated disbursement of account after the sailing of the vessel for Import & export. (LCL/FCL/ICD) and forwarding it to the Principals.  Periodical reconciliation of Port, Customer and liner transactions.  Preparation of MIS. (Month-wise)  Liaison with Banks in connection with Remittances.  Preparation of Invoices for Import, Export and general expenses.  Preparation of Imports and Exports Freight collection statements.  Rose Scrutiny of Debit Notes on the customers for detention Charges.
