Role : Solution Integration Lead and Hypercare Lead * Track and Report project progress/deliverables status for conformance to program scope, resource and schedule with Client Stakeholders * Identify project issues, risks, change requests and get the support from Track Lead to resolve them. Identify and resolve the Cross Stream Issues with help of Business Leads and Project Track Leads. * Was directly responsible for Technical Cutover and Go Live Cutover. * Work with Business during Hypercare to establish the priority of Hypercare issues and establish these priorities with the project team as well.
