Specialize in observing inventory trends and anticipating needs based on established patterns. • Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, supplies, and products according to established procedures and standards. • Preparing GRN, using ERP tool (SAP) • Offer the incoming material to QC for quality check. • Issuing materials and products to internal or external customers based on their requirements and authorizations. • Posting Material against material issue slip as per customer requirement • Involved in daily planning for procurement & Safety stock maintaining. • Maintaining Minimum and Maximum level of Raw material • Performing regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies or variances. • Coordinating with production, purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials and products. • Creating Purchase Requestion for monthly Consumables. • Managing the disposition of excess, obsolete, or damaged inventory items by following proper procedures and regulations. • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations in the storage and handling of materials and products. • Implementing and maintaining 5S principles and practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, auditors, and managers, to resolve issues and provide updates. • Preparing Monthly consumption Reports. • Prepared Returnable / Non-Returnable Gate Passes and maintained the Manual Register • Take care of all Service maintenance for all material in plant. • Being able to work independently or as part of a team, and having a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptaility to change
