• Ensure that proper electrical shutdown/isolation has been taken for all the maintenance work in the running plant area. • Implementing workers and employee grievance reporting • Developing safe working procedures, Method statements and Risk assessments for all operations at site. • Ensure that proper electrical shutdown/isolation has been taken for all the maintenance work in the running plant area. • Reviewing HSE (Health, safety & Environment) plan of sub- contractors.

• Implementing Work Permit System at construction site. • Site monitoring. • Conducting OHSE internal Audits. • Safety for works at height (scaffolds) inspection of scaffolds, use of appropriate fall protection systems etc. • Inspecting all construction machinery weekly maintaining the checklists. • Investigating the incidents and Near misses. • Presentation of the safety statistics to the top management as and when required. • Inspect all hoisting and rigging equipment (including slings and chains) and certify by a qualified person on an annual base

• Conducting of Safety Audit. • Preparation of monthly activity plan & monthly report. • Site monitoring & documentation. • Induction and Training provide to contractors • Reviewing HSE (Health, safety & Environment) plan of sub- contractors. • Reviewing risk assessment & method of statement of sub- contractors. • Conducting monthly meeting with sub-contractor &preparing MOM. • Weekly inspection of (scaffolding, excavation, height work, hot work & critical activity etc. • Inspect all hoisting and rigging equipment (including slings and chains) and certify by a qualified person on an annual base.

• Site monitoring • Tool box talk & Meeting, First aider & First aid firefighting • Preparing risk assessment & method of statement. • Preparation of monthly activity plan & monthly report. • Internal inspection, Scaffold inspection & Accident investigation • Conducting daily meeting &preparing MOM.
