• Interacting with clients for requirements & in delivery prospective. • Coordinating with RMG for interviews, receiving their slots and scheduling the same with client in a well-organized manner and taking feedback for the sourced and interviewed candidates • Coordinating with the RMG’s for finalization of short listed candidates. • Supporting the client on Offer/Joined related activities like Document check, Negotiations on CTC, Joining formalities – Pre & Post joining BGC check. Observing the process of Existing and new clients about new requirements and running requirements.  Provide excellent client management service  Serve as account manager to client organizations and cultivate ongoing relationships  Has to attend escalation calls by clients.  Has to take care running issues in team.  Has to analyze new business area in existing clients and need to prepare new business proposals.  Resolving the issues within the teams when Lead recruiter raises any concern.  Has to take care and plan according to reach targets of teams.  Has to submit the status reports on weekly basis to management.  Coordinating the team and resolving the running issues with clients to achieve targets.

• Handling a Team of 15 Members and responsible for the Delivery. • Giving them motivation, guide lines for betterment, making them understand the requirement, to overcome all the difficulties and achieve the target for better results. • Maintaining daily trackers i.e. recruitment trackers, candidate trackers, database trackers and SPOC trackers. • Accountable for delivery of the team, guiding the team members to reach their individual targets &keep track of their performance • Responsibilities Involve , Scheduling interviews, Follow up to ensure maximum turn-up’s for Walk-in / scheduled interviews

• 1 Interacting with the Leads and understanding their requirements . 2Identifying prospective candidates for the client companies using effective Research-strategies such as References, Job Portals, job postings and In-house databases. 3 Scrutinizing the Resumes as per the job requirement. 4 Prescreening & Tele screening candidates for the open positions – ensuring a right match for the client. 5 Conducting initial discussion with the candidates about the opening 6 Lining up the candidates and Scheduling interviews. 7 Capturing post interview feedback from clients and candidates. 8 Carrying out Reference check for the finalized candidates as per client’s requirement. 9 Pre-joining & Post offer follow-up with Clients and selected Candidates till the issue of Offer Letter. 10 Generation of various trackers on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis. 11 Maintaining and updating the database of back-up candidates for future placement/replacement. 12 Preparing and Maintaining Tracking Sheets for the client companies. 13 Coordinating and conducting Walk-In Drives for different job positions for our clients
