-Managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems. - Arrested the quality related issues of paper deeps , dents , paper cracks etc.....in veegoo line machinery. - We managed to significantly decrease the machine breakdown time from over 100 hours to just 14 hours in a period of 6 months. -Developing of new pattern , designs , with lisun, veegoo cnc, veegoo single arm robot. - with vein (power spary and via gravity ) and liquids designs. -Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Plans repair work using drawings equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. -Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.

QUANTRA QUARTZ an Al automatic continuous process plant and technology from BRETON SPA-Italy, First time in India to manufacture Export Quality Quartz surface Slabs. roles and responsibilities:  Preventive and periodic maintenance to keep the process un-interrupted.  Identifying Problems and carryout breakdown maintenance.  Identifying areas of obstruction /breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools.  Attending break down maintenance to ensuring minimum down time by analysing the root cause of failure and then take appropriate corrective action.  Planning during critical shutdown jobs related to projects.  Utilities like Atlas Copco Screw Air compressors, Busch vacuum pumps, Hydraulics & pneumatic system Maintenance.
