I've been in the BPO industry for over 5 (five) years. Started working as a Customer Service Specialist (CS) which helped me to be exposed more when it comes to understanding the needs of the clients. Eventually, it opened doors of opportunities for me by learning this skill. I started working as a Lead Generation Specialist for different campaigns, it made me realize that outbound world is huge like an ocean. By doing Lead Generation and cold calling is very challenging yet fun, understanding the mind state and asking the right questions to gather accurate information are the keys that made me successful in this kind of campaigns.
