- Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity (technology, organizationally). Lead cross-functional, global core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings. - Present and communicate status to the business leaders and customers. Review and interpret customer specifications and provide customer feedback - Coordinate site-wide deployment efforts. - Implement change as directed in the product lifecycle process and recommend process improvements - Plan the overall program and monitor the progress. Drive the creation, review, approval and update of the Program Plan/WBS including resources. - Daily program management throughout the program life - Drive the program core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, Customer Specific Needs) -Define the program governance (controls) -Manage the program’s budget. Forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labour & expense -Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements -Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources across projects -Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager -Manage the main program documentation, such as the Program Initiation document

- Manages and Control all hand over package for implement to mass production - Manages new project schedule to goal objective - Summary and analysis for oversee of new project - Review the requirement and communication related to technical points with customer - Other task as assigned

- Maintain a ToW (Transfer of work) plan consistent with company standards to establish a milestone schedule and track performance against such schedule - Review and approve Engineering change request and drawing to ensure the Manufacturability of the product - Coordinates with all involve department to standardize materials and used processes to manufacture new products such that they are in-line with company standard material and capabilities - Coordinates with all involve department in order to ensure that drawing packages, work instructions and Inspection documents are properly established and controlled - Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineering to design initial tooling and fixture required to industrialize product within factory - Manages and maintain standard manufacturing information in ERP system - Prepare quotations packages for management review for submission to customer for work effort quoted - Manages the initial production unit to achieve requirement - Ensure a constant and effective communication with customer and all department

- Support the Customer service staff in any customer communication related to technical points or associated with customer products. - Create technical proposal with risk analysis , associated to an estimation of cost involved with customer requests, and following the company Quality system. - Participate in engineering and technical issue resolution in collaboration with customer and internal engineering team. - Coordinate and communicate with all company teams to provide accurate technical feedback to customer through Customer Service, for both internal requests, such as Production and Purchasing issue, and external request initialed by customer. - Propose opportunities for cost saving in relation to customer products for direct management for review and approval and subsequently coordinate the completion of assigned opportunities within the company.

- Confirm content of customer requirement and establish manufacturing standards. - Control continues improvement and keep high process yield. - Control new product realization planning and trial product and customer sample. - Control and issue standard cost of product and control cost reduction. - Coordinator of engineering technique with customer. - Leader of design review (DR) of new line transfer.
