* Coordinating service focused working groups around Rodney Libraries including the Children’s and Teens team and Housebound services team. * Planning programmes, promotions and services to meet the needs of Rodney District residents. * Planning and implementing web based tactics for communication including using social media sites. * Managing Operational and CAPEX budgets for programmes, promotions and design for all of Rodney Libraries. * Participating as a member of the Library Management Team setting policy and strategic direction.

* Managing a team of nine staff that provided library and council services to the Hibiscus Coast. * Planning district promotion of library materials including liaising with a designer, designing some promotional materials and arranging distribution; designing promotions. * Managing the Operational and CAPEX budget for the Whangaparaoa Library. * Selecting collection items for the Whangaparaoa Library, * Participating as a member of the Library Management Team setting policy and strategic direction. * Representing Rodney on the eLGAR Smarter Systems project, selecting a new library management software system and liaising for change and communication during most of the project and through transition periods.
