Global Growth Advisors assists U.S. and international companies with global growth, incentive negotiations and site selection, primarily focused on the areas of manufacturing, distribution and office headquarters projects. Our Value: Global Growth Advisors was created to help companies achieve their growth objectives through our global network of business contacts, comprehensive site selection analysis and by maximizing the financial incentives available through expansion, relocation and/or making routine capital upgrades. Our Services: • Negotiating incentives with state, local and private agencies (typically incentive packages fall between 10% - 20% of the project’s capital investment) • Identifying optimal sites and buildings for clients’ proposed projects • Community cost analyses and financial pro formas between competing locations • Assessing market opportunities and facilitating introductions for export sales Companies that generally qualify for economic development incentives are: • Making a minimum $2M capital investment and hiring 10 employees • Planning to expand or relocate facilities to a new market • Expanding at their existing location • Implementing routine capital upgrades such as replacing old equipment with new technology

Oversee the site selection and incentive negotiation processes for US and European companies. This includes directing business development across Europe with a primary focus in Germany.

Graduated with honors, earning my JD in May 2013. In addition to being a student, I was a member of Order of the Crown Legal Honor Society, a Teaching Assistant for Lawyering Process (Legal Writing and Research), an Associate Editor for the Property Law Journal, and Vice President of Parents Attending Law School Student Organization.

Provided retirement counseling, assisted clients with finding investment solutions, and worked extensively with in-house counsel in addressing clients' securities-related legal concerns.
