In that time I've been part of the first response team to natural disasters as well as coordinating major structural fires. My primary role is managing and teaching EMT-B students. As a trainer I strive to ensure we are up to date on current evidence based practices in order to better our knowledge base. This has helped me develop skills with communicating and training other instructors, but most importantly being a problem solver and decision maker
