Commodities included but not limited to: Travel, Office Supplies, Construction, Fixtures, Visual and Design Supplies, Copiers, Information Technology, Utilities, Logistics, Promotional Goods, Business Cards, Contingent Labor, Signage, Professional Services, and General Supplies. Managed a team of four (4) direct reports. Responsibilities included creating staff development plans, conducting employee performance reviews, counseling and coaching, and career development.

Created and implemented global (Canada) sourcing strategies utilizing Ariba for $150MM in Professional Services as a newly introduced commodity to Indirect Procurement. Commodities included but not limited to: Contingent Labor – MSP, Information Technology, Environmental, Health and Safety, Professional Consulting, Supply Chain Management, Legal, Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, Facilities, Auditing Services. Managed the day-to-day activities of two (2) Category Analysts.

Managed the end to end global (Canada, China and Puerto Rico) strategic sourcing strategies for $675MM Indirect Supplies, Services and CAPEX. Commodities included but not limited to: Office Supplies, Land Care, Construction, Cremation Equipment, Funeral Supplies, Cremation Supplies, Cemetery Supplies, Copiers, Information Technology, Heavy Equipment, Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services, Utilities, Security, Forms Management, Promotional Goods, Legal Forms, Business Cards/Stationary, Contingent Labor, Records Management, Signage, Professional Services, and General Supplies. Managed a team of eleven (11) direct reports. Responsibilities included creating staff development plans, conducting employee performance reviews, counseling and coaching and career development.

Developed and implemented a Process Excellence Department to streamline both internal and external processes to enhance the customer experience both internally and externally. Managed an outbound call center who surveyed both internal and external customers to see where opportunities existed to improve company performance. Created, implemented and conducted an organizational training program to green belt all Leadership.
