Develop and implement novel assays for the characterization of target-ligand interactions using a variety of biophysical techniques including biosensor technologies (Biacore and Octet), Isothermal Denaturation (ITD), and Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC). Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help guide chemistry efforts in finding new drug leads.

Solved solution state structures of proteins and peptides by NMR as part of the Structure Based Drug Design approach to drug discovery. Used Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) techniques to screen small molecules against disease targets, as well as characterize target-ligand interactions.
