Bond Consulting is a selective student-led pro-bono consulting club that provides business and data analysis to help small businesses throughout the state of Michigan improve and optimize their operations. - Conducting pro-bono, impact-oriented projects for local Ann Arbor and Michigan businesses with Michigan's oldest consulting organization - Built optimized staffing model for a group of Ann-Arbor restaurants, derived from analyzing seasonal occupancy and sales trends - Developing new marketing and growth initiatives after assessing impact of COVID-19 - Identified four local Michigan projects for BOND to work with, conducted potential client meetings, and presented project ideas, resulted in new partnership with one client - Competed and was named a finalist at the Michigan Undergraduate Consulting Competition

#BUILTBYGIRLS is a mentorship program for high school and college students who are interested in pursuing a career in technology. I work with industry professionals, from companies such as Uber and Amazon, who offer to mentor women interested in STEM.
