In my role as a Project Leader and company representative in the Grand Duchy's program "Schools for the Future", I promoted the design, renovation and construction of environmentally friendly buildings from the educational infrastructure. I have been dedicated to fostering a more inclusive approach which involved not only inspiring but also educating the next generation on the importance of cultivating sustainable practices and developing resilience against climate change. My efforts aimed at creating innovative school buildings where environmental sustainability and climate resilience are integral parts of our global community's ethos. • Allocated investments in greenfield and brownfield projects • Collaborated in a five-person team to develop spatial designs and technical drawings, contributing to the successful completion of construction for 2 state schools, many resident and office buildings • Engaged in client and technical meetings with various stakeholders, in both French and English. Responsible for the management of the Structural Department, composed of more than 10 experts - engineers, CAD/BIM managers. My main tasks are: • Improvement of educational infrastructure through reconstruction/repair, renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures in schools and kindergartens in the city of Haskovo", which is implemented with the financial support of the Operational Program "Regions in growth" 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. • Structural assessment and implementation of reconstruction and modernisation of 50 kindergartens and 24 schools in Municipality Haskovo, energy audit and measures for energy performance improvement of buildings. • Capital deployment in sustainable start-up ventures and expansion of established operational projects • Conducted comprehensive spatial network analyses in dense urban areas, assessing urban safety and quality of life. Findings provide valuable insights for informing resilience planning and implementing effective spatial place-making interventions. • Developed and proposed cost-effective modifications to urban (educational, health, social, governance) planning, prioritising emergency access, evacuation safety, and inhabitants' comfort. Emphasised minimizing community impact while enhancing urban infrastructure. • Development collaboration where I led a team of five well-rounded professionals ( graduated engineers), overseeing project scheduling, data collection and investigation (including spatial network data and building use data), and research tasks. It was a great experience starting my own business and building a strong portfolio of clients who see me as a trusted consultant and manager. As a Resident Engineer, I was responsible to lead and monitor all renovation and finishing works for the modernization of the Neonatal Sector, 500 sqm, of the Municipality Hospital of the city of Dimitrovgrad. Followed up on time and budget schedule, labor force, material supply, and facilitated on-site stakeholder organisation.
