* Oracle - Site Roll Out * Environment : Oracle Applications R12 (INV, PO, * Key Responsibilities: * Finalization of Set-Up parameters and profiles. ; * Defined various Responsibilities and various User menus. * Training to End users on Oracle Applications and documentation of User Manuals * Raising SR with Oracle for getting assistance in resolving the issues. * Searching, creating, updating, following of SR's for system issues in Oracle and following the application of patches as and when required with help of DBA team. * Worked with the remote site team to troubleshoot the production issues. * Troubleshooting of day-to-day problems faced by End Users and supporting the remote site people in solving the issues. * Coordinate with technical team for technical and application errors. * Developed various business flows for user training sessions. * Prepared BR 100 & MD50 Documents. ;
