As an Assistant Product Engineer at Technomedics International, I play a pivotal role in the application and functionality of critical care equipment, specializing in ventilators and anesthetic machines. Currently in my probation period, I am dedicated to learning and overseeing the application aspects of these life-saving technologies. My responsibilities include conducting in-depth self-study on the equipment's clinical applications, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their functionalities. As a part-time customer service associate at Dialog Axiata, I provided exceptional customer service and support to customers regarding Dialog Home Broadband (HBB) and Dialog TV. I handled both technical and non-technical queries, which helped me develop practical skills in network troubleshooting for 4G LTE, fiber, and satellite TV systems. During my tenure, I collaborated with cross-functional teams and demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork skills. As a Facilities Management Intern at Facility Management Integrated (FMI), I gained valuable experience in building management systems such as BMS, access control, and fire and safety systems. During my six-month internship, I was involved in the development, testing, and maintenance of these systems, which gave me hands-on experience in system development and maintenance. In addition to technical skills, my internship at FMI helped me develop strong project management skills as I was responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they were delivered on time and within budget.
