* Oversee enterprise-wide systems landscape, advise business and technology group on future enterprise solutions, outlining benefits and approaches. * Drive digital innovation and transformation, assess new technologies and develop technology road-map for business units. * Facilitate new initiatives for Galaxy Macau Phase 3 opening with focus on Hotel/MICE/Arena, drive project planning and budget management, collaborate with procurement team from sourcing to contract award. * Provide transparency and visibility to stakeholders and business champion on key IT projects status and related metrics. * Establish effective IT Changes Management framework and provide subject matter expertise in support of execution and governance.

* Build and lead 6 people Product Management team with expertise in providing IT solutions to business. * Explore new technologies and manage new IT initiatives to meet business objectives, define optimal solution and oversee the successful delivery. * Act as subject-matter expert (SME) and knowledge resource of non-gaming systems, lead business analysis activities in design and development phase for complex IT projects. * Develop and maintain business process flow and logical diagrams for non-gaming applications and technologies. * Act as application lead and project manager for PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). * Act as application SME and active mentor to project team on the successful implementation of Opera PMS version 5.5 upgrade for five properties (Sands/Venetian/Parisian/Holiday Inn/Conrad) with total 8000+ hotel rooms.

* Execute functional and performance test for Casino Management Systems (Bally ACSC, IGT Table Touch), Property Management Systems (Agilysys LMS, Micros Opera) & POS Systems (Micros Simphony, Micros 9700, InfoGenesis). * Develop and maintain test scripts for all levels of testing to ensure smooth QA execution. * Ensure that applications satisfy business requirements and meet operational needs. * Investigate test failures, determine root causes and identify possible risks. * Provide recommendations to development team to improve system design. * Pre-opening team of Holiday Inn, Conrad and Sheraton Macao with 5800 hotel rooms. * QA leader for large-scale projects, such as POS Cross-Property Charging, Work Injury System, Hotel Passport System, Micros Opera implementation, etc.

* Manage business issues for all gaming systems (Bally CMP/SDS, Paltronics OneLink, LT games, TCS Gaming Floor Live, etc.) and interfaces (Micros Opera, Simphony, e-Connect, etc.) * Identifying system strengths and weakness, develop improvement plan and technical solution to end users. * Collect, study and relay business requirements for gaming projects and translating these into functional specifications. * Develop project plans, functional requirements, implementation plans according to the SDLC process. * Supervising QA and UAT process for new applications and system upgrades. * Act as a knowledge resource for gaming systems, collaborate with various IT teams (Development, business intelligence, database, infrastructure, etc.) to define and propose solutions to business.

* Provide on-going operation support for Gaming and Hotel systems, including Opera PMS, IGT Gaming Management System, POS System and IPTV System. * Provides guidance, assistance to casino or hotel end users regarding the proper use of above systems. * Confers with programmer and vendors regarding program changes, problems and bugs. * Manage and maintain hotel website and booking engine. * Hold weekly status meetings with system stakeholders and vendors to go through production issues. * Analyze and study all issues through status meetings, and follow up until closure. * Perform daily application servers checking and monitoring.

* Lead a team of 20+ full-time software testers in two geographical location (Macao & Zhuhai), control overall quality for 100+ applications across gaming/non-gaming areas. * Develop test plans consistent with organizational test strategies, define goals and objectives, coverage criteria, entry/exit criteria and techniques across all test levels. * Forecast and manage test schedules, needs, dependencies and resources. * Define test strategies including functional, non-functional, compatibility, automation and performance testing. * Oversee and control test execution to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. * Analyze test results in terms of quality risks, defects, test coverage and facilitate resolution of project impacting issues. * Implement test automation tools that increase test coverage and productivity. * Manage virtualized infrastructure for all non-production environments. * Define skills development plan for the team in terms of systems and business knowledge. * Being QA team lead for pre-opening of Parisian Macao Hotel Resort.
