World of Tanks Led development of a core game mode within one of the world’s largest online games. - Progressed from product management to Producer with eight-figure P&L ownership for a core game mode and end-to-end delivery. - Led a 160-person organization delivering a globally deployed, always-on system - at the time holding the world record for peak concurrent users. - Introduced early AI-driven opponents that mirrored real player behavior for skill development in competitive play. This role built my foundation in owning outcomes for large, live systems where performance, revenue, and large-team coordination are inseparable.

Built and operated software systems at the intersection of manufacturing infrastructure, robotics, and factory-floor automation. - Designed middleware and message-broker systems coordinating real-time data and control flows between robotics, manufacturing equipment, and factory operations. - Led the engineering team responsible for always-on factory infrastructure. This role formed my technical foundation in building software that must work in the physical world.
