"In order to really do things right, you must focus on doing the right things." I'm a versatile communications specialist with a passion for digital communications, customer experience and digital service development. I'm especially interested in how digital communications and marketing can make organizations more efficient and customer-friendly. I see different means of communications as a strategic and integrated whole that go hand in hand with the other strategies and service development. I have experience in both B-to-C and B-to-B communications. In my current job, I have actively developed the content of the work from the more performing-level communications officer's tasks into a role of a true expert and consultant with an initiative-taking and strategic insight into communications - and even beyond, into the overall strategy of the organization. I enjoy being actively involved in developing the organization at a strategic level, but I do very much enjoy getting my hands dirty in the daily routines and details as well.
