To advise and assist functional managers within operations to effectively manage on all aspects of health and safety and provide counseling to employees to adhere to best practices with a view to reducing the risk to health and safety of employees and others. (06 Functions and over 2600 employees)

Training and developing of manufacturing department employees (900+ nos.) in order to achieve sufficient skill levels towards the strategic objectives of the company. Act as mentor and coach, developing employees for higher positions

* Develop and implementation of HSE and Risk policies complies with regulatory laws & international best practice. * Educating and training managers and staff in best practice and effective implementation of the policy to ensure they have the necessary skills necessary to facilitate achievement of agreed targets. * Conducting regular audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. * Improve business risk management by means of hazard analysis and education. * Ensure that Fire wardens, First aiders and emergency crew members are ready to deal with any incident by implementing regular training and exercises. * Review the capital purchase / Plant and equipments designs, site modifications for the division to access their suitability from Fire, Health and safety and environmental point of view.
