I am an accomplished Chemical Engineering leader with over two decades of diverse experience spanning academia, research, and the full spectrum of industrial process design. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Nano Palayesh Ceram Co., I spearhead the design and commissioning of cutting-edge industrial units for ceramic membranes production and innovative water desalination solutions. My work in membrane technology—from ceramic and zeolite to mixed-matrix systems—has not only driven scalable laboratory breakthroughs into pilot- and industrial-scale applications but also significantly influenced wastewater treatment and process optimization projects. My academic journey—culminating in a Ph.D. from Iran University of Science and Technology and enriched by advanced studies at Tehran University—has afforded me solid theoretical grounding and hands-on research skills. I have consistently parlayed this expertise into impactful industrial projects, be it through the process design and simulation of reactive distillation plants using Aspen Hysys, the pioneering lab-to-industry transition of Carbon Raschig Rings manufacturing, or the strategic oversight of EPC and process optimization projects in oil and gas. In parallel with my executive role, I have nurtured emerging talent as a co-supervisor for Ph.D. and M.Sc. candidates in membrane technologies, weaving together academic rigor and practical experience. My contributions have been recognized through awards such as the Khwarizmi International Award, underlining my commitment to driving research with tangible, real-world benefits.
