Supporting OEMs and engineering teams with custom machined metal and plastic components for robotics, automation, and industrial equipment. My work focuses on bridging engineering requirements and manufacturing feasibility, especially during prototype and small-batch stages. Key areas of involvement: – CNC milling & turning for aluminum and stainless steel parts – Engineering plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, POM – Sheet metal fabrication and welded assemblies – Review of drawings (GD&T, key dimensions) and manufacturability feedback – Coordination of surface treatment and inspection requirements I work closely with clients to ensure clear communication, realistic lead times, and consistent quality, particularly when designs are still evolving.

Mechanical Engineering background with knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, CNC machining, engineering materials, technical drawings, tolerances, and quality inspection. This education supports my current work in custom OEM metal and plastic parts manufacturing, including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, plastic injection molding, surface finishing, and prototype-to-production project communication.
