• Managing and collecting debts of company debtors. • Responsible for monitoring the collection of outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets, reducing debtor days, and implementing best practices in cash collection. • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary. • Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings. • Checking customer’s credit and approving or denying it, based on industry standards. • Setting up of terms and conditions of credit. • Ensuring timely payment of debts. • Responding to relevant client enquiries Processing and reconciliation of accounts. • Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required. • Handling LC's and DC's.
