I am involved in testing a new version of a complex product used for working with 2D and 3D models and documentation during the ordering, manufacturing, and inspection of parts at factories in the United States and Canada.

In addition to the basic tasks of a tester, I looked for solutions and proposed new ideas for product development. For example, I finished a project to improve API tests by transferring tests from real data to artificial ones. This change reduced the number of autotest crashes by 70%, saving significant time for the testing team. As a result, the department could prioritize and address other important tasks that previously couldn't fit into the schedule.

I led a department of three people. I mentored two employees. I analyzed software problems faced by clients and conducted a comparative analysis of competitors, looking for solutions to improve our company's position in the market. For example, I proposed adding a new functionality for receiving electronic statements from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, which significantly reduced the waste of clients’ time, excluding a trip to the department. At the same time, this allowed the company to receive additional profit by providing another paid service to users.

I learned how to communicate constructively and positively with clients. Also, I gained excellent experience in stress resistance and learned to remain calm in stressful situations. I found simple and effective solutions for clients by explaining complex things in simple language.
