I am a qualified consultant with twenty years of international experience as a program manager and advisor in various banking and MSME finance programs. Throughout my career, I have implemented projects on behalf of EBRD, IFC, and other international organizations. My extensive educational and professional background has been gained in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a primary focus on organizational development, loan methodologies, product development, training, and marketing. I have continuously worked in different markets, assisting numerous financial institutions in developing sound internal structures dedicated to excellence in MSME finance. The services I provide range from streamlining processes and procedures, reviewing credit risk practices, training and development, to bank lending product development and specialized marketing. In addition to traditional MSME banking development services, I have specific expertise in designing various Application Processing Systems (APS) aiming to optimize and automate business processes.

As an Associate Partner at Addit Software, I'm a founding member driving business development, project management, and business process analysis. I specialize in designing innovative systems, leading projects for loan application processing at institutions like SocGen Leasing and BancABC. I've also pioneered a digital platform for Anglo-American, providing capacity building and financial services. My expertise spans risk management, portfolio monitoring, MSME banking diagnostics, and the development of comprehensive software solutions across Europe and Africa. Notably, I played a key role in creating Addit Software's proprietary business process management platform, 'Stream.

Led comprehensive SME finance projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for leading commercial banks during my tenure with DAI. As a technical expert and field program manager, played a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful Technical Assistance (TA) projects. Responsibilities encompassed establishing robust policies and procedures for SME lending, designing effective risk management functions, supervising SME portfolios, and delivering targeted staff training. In 2008, assumed a key role in establishing a dedicated project management unit, partly based at the company's headquarters. Notable contributions included providing oversight and technical expertise, fostering collaboration with partners and stakeholders, and supervising multiple SME finance and private sector development projects
