Responsibility for building, setting up and continuously improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of legislation, ISO, IATF, regulations and standards of the organization Management reporting on the performance of the quality management system with improvement needs, preparation of "Management Review" Managing system documents as Process map, Risks&Opportunities, Improvement Action List, Contingency Plan, ID Cards, Plant Process Matrix, Annual Audit Programme Managing Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs) for each area of responsibility (close cooperation with process owners) Responsibility for controlled documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions, forms - numbering, identification, revision of document ) Training responsible persons in all aspects of the quality system such as Document Control training, Company's Document organization, Management of System by Processes, Quality Management training, Templates etc. Responsibility for Quality Costs, monthly status reporting to headquarters Undertaking regular external, internal, process and product audits according to IATF 16949:2015, managing the audit nonconformity database ( participating on certification audits, executing VDA 6.3 audits, managing VDA 6.5 audits ) QMS trainings delivery for quality/process engineers as FMEA, Control Plan, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 etc. Knowledge of quality core tools as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to checking for defects and ensure quality Approval of suppliers' PPAP documentation, material certificates Failure analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions Management of workers at Incoming control, development of manuals and instructions in the prototype and pre-series phase Assisting with first off master sample approvals Issuing Non-Conformity Supplier Report based on collected scrap as part of material monitoring defects IMDS database user ( International Material Data System ) Technical support in the search for new suppliers Regular evaluating of supplier quality level to identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain SAP software user for releasing or blocking material from the warehouse

Preparing the company for Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 Ensuring the environmental protection agenda in the company for waste management, air protection and water protection Monitoring of identified deficiencies and compliance with waste sorting, waste categorization, waste storage, waste labelling by law Data collection, reporting, communication with the local environmental authority in relating with the disposal of hazardous waste Development of guidelines for Waste management, Air and Water protection Selling waste materials to third parties Knowledge of current environmental regulations and guidelines

Work in a measuring laboratory as gauges or samples measuring, setting the calibration frequency, mark gauges with calibration label, issue of the measurement protocols etc. Arranging for the calibration and repair of handled or automatic gauging and inspection equipments internally and externally Ordering gauges and equipment as required Maintaining and update a gauge calibration laboratory scope Training of employees in the proper use of gauges and inspection equipment Creating manuals, work instructions, visual aids for operators in production Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) including Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R studies ) Performing of Statistical Process Analysis ( SPC ) as it relates to gauging systems and inspection equipment in Q-DAS qs-STAT software SAP and CASQ-it software user to manage, monitor and document company inspection devices inventory Creating, maintaining, updating documents on Quality Department as GIS coordinator Participation on Six Sigma Green Belt, Quality techniques, methods, tools knowledge as Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, 5S, Poka-Yoke, Red Rabbit, Pareto, Flow Chart, PDCA etc.

Performing incoming materials audits and finished products inspections to assure all products and materials meet internal and external customer specifications Approving and releasing incoming materials Placing non-conforming materials, products and production on hold Metrology - managing the calibration and repairing of gauges Measuring with common hand gauges as callipers, height gauges, dial gauges, snap gauges, plug gauges, feeler gauges, Johansson gauges etc.

Non-destructive testing of welds and their evaluation usually in refining companies as MOL, Slovnaft etc Radiography testing, Leak testing, Liquid Penetrant testing, Visual Inspections, Ultrasonic testing Geodetic work with theodolite measuring angles in the horizontal a vertical planes and leveling device verify points in the same horizontal plane Preparation of measurement protocols
