I am actively involved in the end-to-end development of our e-bikes, bio-bikes, and bicycle components, from initial concept development to final production implementation. • Development of design concepts with a focus on functionality and manufacturability • Creation of production-ready 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software • Prototyping and validation of functional models using advanced rapid proto typing methods (FDM, SLM) Managing. In my interdisciplinary role at VELLO, I am actively involved in project planning, coordination, and oversight, supporting the successful implementation of cross-functional projects. • Communication with customers and suppliers to align requirements and timelines • Internal coordination and communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow and information flow

• Concept and design development in the fields of automotive and small electronics • Production-oriented design of investment casting, injection molding, bending, and stamping parts • Execution of tolerance analyses and preparation of detailed technical drawings • Structural analysis of components and assemblies using FEM (Finite Element Method) • Development and construction of jigs to optimize production processes • Communication with customers and suppliers to align technical specifications and project goals

As part of a three-person project team, I contributed to the development of the URWAHN project, which aims to redefine urban mobility. • Product development based on Integrated Design Engineering methods in the field of bicycles and components • Production-oriented design of investment casting, injection molding, bending, and stamping parts • Creation of functional and presentation models using rapid prototyping • Corporate identity design and trade fair presentation • Coordination with industrial and cooperation partners • Procurement management with a regional focus on Asia
