As a full-cycle IT recruiter, I managed the entire hiring process for various tech roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and handling new hire paperwork for Contract positions. I utilized online platforms and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and communications.

I have a strong background in customer service, excelling in both inbound and outbound call environments. My expertise includes handling a high volume of telephone inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently, even in a fast-paced setting. I've also demonstrated proactive problem-solving by creating and maintaining a customer complaint log to identify and address chronic issues, ensuring a high standard of service quality.
