• Participate in the full lifecycle of development and implementation within Privileged Access Management services and associated IAM policies and processes from initial internal hand-off from Business Analysts and Project teams to installation, system configuration, development, and testing. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CyberArk solutions, architecture, tools, and products. • Provide guidance during the implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security. • Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements. • Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques. • Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. • Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

Lead and manage deployment of the CyberArk suite of products that include, but are not limited to: Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA). Develop and Configure different platforms for Windows, Unix, Linux, Cisco, Databases, etc. Diagnosing and fixing production issues and engaging other teams as required.
