- Manage and maintain online Payment Gateway, Self Service Ordering (SSO) and Concession Self Ordering (CSO) system. - Deliver end-to-end experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Support for QC Testing, including bug fixing, validation and coordination with testing teams. - Perform deployment of the changes made to production environment. - Analyze, troubleshot and resolve system errors and production issues - Provide user support and issue resolution, troubleshooting system error and ensure minimal disruption to business operations - Programming Language used: Java, JSP, C#, SQL, React, CSS, jQuery

-Manage MSCRM system (Develop and Support) -Analyst requirement from users and plan on the timeline to roll out the changes to system. (New requirement / Enhancement on system) -Develop custom application, auto job, solution or report for users to manage target customers more efficient (eg. SSIS, SSRS, Plugin, custom application) -Support user when they facing difficulty or system error. (eg. Sometime system might be encounter error like time out or unable to connect to server, then will need to help user to check on the root cause) -Programming Language used : C#, Javascript
